This place exceeded my low expectations with its clean and comfortable rooms. I loved the charming gardens, which provided a quiet retreat after a long day exploring. The generous staff were attentive and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable despite a few cleanliness issues. Simply put, a fantastic budget option in a lovely setting!

We had a fun time exploring local wineries. The staff were friendly and provided us with free tasting tickets, which added to the experience.

My wife says that a small play area for kids would be fantastic.

I liked the location of Chardonnay Lodge. It’s close enough to downtown Napa for a quick drive or an affordable Uber ride. The gardens are charming with colorful flowers, offering a nice spot to relax. My room was spacious and included a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The shower had great water pressure, which I appreciated. However, the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired. I found hair in the bathroom and some dirt lining the shower curtain. The heater didn't have a thermostat, making it difficult to control the temperature during the night. Although the staff were friendly, the overall cleanliness needs to improve to enhance the stay.

Good hotel with free wi-fi, air conditioning, and tv. On my first stay, the helpful staff even assisted me with money exchange. I always come back for the amazing service during my business trips.
